As founder of Zenlofts Holistic Design, based in Tampa, Florida, Rudy built a reputation for ground-breaking architecture, obsessive attention to detail, and a global, collaborative design approach. That same DNA now fuels Small Lofts / Live Large™ by expanding the same design excellence and precision engineering that defined his luxury projects into the world of attainable housing.
As a developer, economist, and licensed Florida Realtor, Rudy brings a global perspective and an obsessive craftsman’s discipline to every venture.
