The platform is founded and operated by Rudy Arnauts, a licensed real estate agent, developer, and entrepreneur based in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Live Large™ manages every phase of the construction process — architecture, engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final inspection — through a distributed manufacturing and licensing model that operates across multiple fabrication partners and technology providers.
The Live Large™ brand has been in active development since 2019. The domain livelarge.com was acquired on September 27, 2019. Live Large™ holds U.S. Trademark Registration No. 8,061,068, issued December 9, 2025, for START SMALL – THINK BIG – LIVE LARGE® in International Class 037 (construction and real estate development services).

With over 35 years in real estate, design and development, Rudy Arnauts has spent his career reimagining how people live — from traditional luxury estate development to globally significant architectural masterpiece oceanfront residences.
As founder of Zenlofts Holistic Design, based in Tampa, Florida, Rudy built a reputation for ground-breaking architecture, obsessive attention to detail, and a global, collaborative design approach. That same DNA now fuels Small Lofts / Live Large™ by expanding the same design excellence and precision engineering that defined his luxury projects into the world of attainable housing.
As a developer, economist, and licensed Florida Realtor, Rudy brings a global perspective and an obsessive craftsman’s discipline to every venture. His vision is simple but transformative: create housing that is beautiful, attainable, and wealth-building — for homeowners, investors, and communities alike.
